Alita Resources Limited (“the Company”) is a public company incorporated in Australia. The Company, which is based in Perth, Western Australia, is the former owner of the Bald Hill Tantalite Mine, the various surrounding tenements, the Project Intellectual Property and the Bald Hill Treatment Plant (“the Project”). The Project was sold to Mineral Resources Ltd by the former Deed Administrators of the Company, McGrathNicol, in September 2023.

The Company is listed on the Catalist platform on the Singapore Exchange Limited (“SGX”) (SGX: 40F). The Company’s listing on the SGX is currently suspended due to the Company previously being in external administration. The Company was also listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX: A40) but was delisted on 1st October 2020.

Following orders being made by the Supreme Court of Western Australia to terminate the liquidation of the Company, control of the Company reverted to the current Board of Directors on 4th April 2024.

Mel is the Executive Chair of the White Knight Fund and has over 40 years’ experience as a Chartered Accountant specialising in corporate restructuring and finance and as a professional company director.

Paul is the Managing Director of the corporate debt, governance and risk management advisory firm of Quadrant Advisory Pty Ltd. He is an experienced banking professional and chartered accountant with over 30 years of international banking and risk management knowledge.

Rod is a Founding Partner of Fortune Ark Restructuring, an emerging market advisory firm based in Hong Kong. He has over 35 years of experience in financial restructuring and has strong skills in business strategy, leadership and project management.
